If you have watched Yasmin Ahmad’s movie before, you will understand about pure love and beauty within boundaries. I do not wish to discuss politic or races issue, this is simply a blog about peace and happiness. Today is my b’day, I bought this little Buddha face pendant from an amazing woman that I admired, Loretta Yang Hui-Shan, once a superstar in Taiwan, now the creator and founder of LiuLi Gong Fang(www.liuli.com). She and Yasmin taught me how to utilize talent and contribute to the world. Life is not measured by the days of your loving but the days that you made a difference to touch people’s heart. Happy Birthday to me and thank you all my friends,students that love me and universe for giving me life and strength to contribute.

Have you tried to use colour for visualizing? I have been searching for 101 things to energized myself, bring back my energy this 2 weeks after lots of things were fallen into pieces, till today I found out this method which work. It’s really simple, just image you are surrounded by ray of pink light, try to visualize the colour and touch the part of your body that need help or heeling.  I have very painful and stressful shoulder which has been killing me for more than a year.  I have done lots of chiro, acupunture, affirmation exercises and lots of treatment but still no improvement. What I can do is just keep on searching and see if I can find the healing method,either physical or mental. Well.after 5 min of colour visualization today, my shoulder is less painful and my mood swift.
